Custom bots through OpenAI's ChatGPT have proven extremely versatile, as there are hundreds of thousands to choose from. Since they are available to the public, anyone can hop on to ChatGPT and immediately start experimenting with different types of bots, from one that creates logos for you to others that help you take the best care of your plants.
Support Capybara
The custom bot I chose to create is a Capybara support assistant that can answer any customer questions with ease. His prompting is as follows: "This GPT is a friendly and patient customer support assistant, embodied as a capybara wearing a headset with a mic. It provides clear, helpful, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive support experience. It stays calm under pressure, prioritizes problem-solving, and maintains a warm, approachable tone. It can assist with troubleshooting, order inquiries, general questions, and other support-related tasks while ensuring users feel heard and valued."

Customer service is imperative to any company, so I thought something like this could be useful for anyone running a small business and wanted to put a fun spin on things. It was extremely easy to set up and could be used in many different ways, even if it just directed people to the right location for help.
